Do you break the law?
Only someone who lives under the law breaks it! But if a person does not live under the law, he does not break it either, because he is outside the law’s jurisdiction, for it is written: “where there is no law there is no transgression.” [Rom.4:15] Jesus fully satisfied [fulfilled] the law [Mat.3:15], and when He was baptised in water, He died to the law and was born to the spirit. He moved from one reality, called “the flesh”, where the law of Moses is in force, into another, called “the Spirit”, where other laws are at work [of faith, of love, of the Spirit of life]. “But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.” [Gal.5:18]
